If you are a telemarketer or have previous experience in a B2B sales/customer service role, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our growing team.
If successful, you will play a crucial role within our Sales department, generating leads, closing sales and promoting our range of protective wear products to new and existing clients.
Your typical day will look like:
- Making outbound calls/emails to potential and existing customers to promote our products.
- Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products or services.
- Providing detailed information about our product offerings and answering customer queries.
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits.
- Following up on leads and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieving or exceeding monthly sales targets and objectives.
- Handling objections professionally and booking progress meetings.
- Collaborating with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales goals.
- Ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Participating in training sessions and team meetings as required.
You will have:
- Proven experience as a telemarketer or in a similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- The ability to understand and articulate product features and benefits.
- Proficiency in using MS Excel, CRM software, and other sales tools.
You will be:
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Comfortable making cold calls and enjoy talking to new people all day.
