Executive Chef Needed for a 5* Hotel near Plymouth2 Rosette Kitchen - West Sussex
Our amazing client, a very busy 3 Rosette level kitchen, creating fresh stunning cuisine with the finest local produce, are in search of a Head Chef who can lead the brigade and kitchen. This is a busy property with two outlets to cater for. You will lead a team of 16 chef while reporting to the General Manager. This role requires an operator who can lead from the front line as a true people leader.
