CNC Machine Operator

•    Annual Salary: Starting at £12.37/hr, based on skill level•    Location: Plymouth•    Job Type: Full-time, alternating shifts

Join my clients innovative team as a CNC Machine Operator, where you will play a pivotal role in the manufacturing of precision and complex components for industries such as Aerospace, Defence, Oil & Gas, and Medical. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with specialised machinery in a dynamic and critical sector.

Day-to-day of the role:•    Load and operate CNC machinery to produce high-quality components.•    Ensure all components meet the stringent requirements of our diverse client base.•    Deburr and visually inspect each component to maintain our high standards of production.•    Adhere to all safety protocols while handling specialised machinery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:•    Previous experience in an engineering or production environment is advantageous but not essential.•    Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.•    Willingness to undergo comprehensive training to master the use of CNC machinery.•    Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Working Hours:•    Day Shift: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM.•    Late Shift: Monday to Thursday, 3:30 PM to 1:30 AM (25% shift premium)
