Fancy a change and an early finish on Fridays ?

Our well established client due to continued growth is recruiting a skilled CNC Miller to join our the engineering team. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with long-term development potential.

We’re looking for someone confident in setting, and operating CNC milling machines. If you're a CNC Setter looking to step up into programming, we’d also like to hear from you — full training and support available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Manufacture high-precision components to exact specifications
• Work from technical drawings and quality standards
• Perform basic machine maintenance and quality checks
• Contribute to continuous improvement and shop floor efficiency

Requirements:

• Time-served engineer or strong demonstrable CNC milling experience
• Experience with Siemens preferred (or similar CNC controls)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and quality-first mindset
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role
