Due to continued growth and ongoing success, were looking for a talented and driven Artworker to join an expanding design team at a Head Office in Plymouth. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a wide range of creative projects across packaging, marketing communications, and digital platforms.

As an integral part of the team, youll be responsible for developing artwork thats ready for both print and web, supporting brand consistency and high-quality output across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce and amend artwork using established design templates, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Prepare and adapt images during the artwork process, including occasional creative retouching, for print and digital use.
  • Collaborate closely with the design team to deliver projects to a high standard within set deadlines.
  • Contribute to the production of packaging and other printed marketing materials, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Follow structured file management systems to log, organise, and archive design work.
  • Communicate effectively and confidently present design ideas and developments.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Solid understanding of colour management, file formats, and output processes for both print and digital media.
  • Experience designing for print, including leaflets, posters, and packaging.
  • Strong typography skills with a sharp eye for layout and detail.
  • A creative thinker with a well-rounded portfolio showcasing a variety of work.
  • Knowledge of branding and the retail sector is a plus.
