Responsibilities:

  • Produce precise and readable notes for lectures, seminars, tutorials, and group work (handwritten or typed, as needed).
  • Review notes post-lecture to ensure accessibility.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and relationship with the student.
  • Prioritise student needs while adhering to institutional policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with Randstad to address student concerns promptly and maintain confidentiality, sharing relevant information to optimise student support.
