We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who excels in customer service and is comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls. Initially, this is a temporary position for 3 months, with the possibility of extension for the right candidate.
Day-to-day of the role:- Provide reception cover for walk-in customers, ensuring a welcoming and professional first point of contact.
- Answer inbound phone calls from customers wishing to top up their electronic toll tags.
- Make outbound calls to customers who need to settle remaining balances.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Proven experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls effectively.
- Comfortable with basic computer and software usage.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
