Join my clients dedicated Customer Service team as a Customer Support Coordinator, where you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to their customers. This position is ideal for someone passionate about customer care and compliance within the financial services sector.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Efficiently handle incoming and outgoing calls, providing accurate and informative guidance and resolutions to customer inquiries.
  • Build and maintain positive rapport with customers, ensuring excellent service in every interaction.
  • Perform various administrative duties including letter writing, document updating, and updating account details in response to customer requests.
  • Manage mortgage accounts, including providing annual statements and conducting property information checks.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all internal procedures and regulatory requirements (FCA, GDPR, Complaint Handling, and Vulnerable Customer management).
  • Process post-completion applications as requested by customers.
  • Assist in the testing of new products and changes within internal systems as required.
  • Stay updated with internal training and e-learning, and proactively engage in personal development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Polite and friendly telephone manner.
  • Positive and proactive attitude towards work and personal development.
  • Confident in using Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Minimum grade C in GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
  • Keen eye for detail and a curious nature.
  • Experience in a regulated environment (e.g., banking, finance, insurance) is preferred.
  • Previous customer service experience is advantageous.
