Neighbourhood Ranger / Caretaker2 month contractPlymouth37 hours per week, 7:30AM to 3:30 PM Monday to Thursday, 7:30AM to 3PM Friday£13:00 per hour plus holiday payWorking across the city you will be delivering an efficient service, whilst being responsible for ensuring that the organisation’s standards are met.The Neighbourhood Ranger undertakes a wide range of duties including caretaking and cleaning services, grounds maintenance, property clearance, and securing empty homes. Liaising with residents, neighbourhood housing staff, and other members of the organisation will also be required. The Neighbourhood Ranger is responsible for ensuring that the neighbourhoods are safe for customers and that the organisation complies with health and safety best practice and legislation.Ideally you will:
  • Have experience of caretaking and/or cleaning duties and/or grounds maintenance services.
  • Have experience of completing minor communal repairs involving basic carpentry, painting and masonry skills.
  • Have an understanding of Health and Safety at Work.
  • A driving license.
