We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the technical management of complex design development throughout the design lifecycle, with a focus on ensuring compliance with relevant engineering design and safety practices. The role involves executing and managing complex engineering tasks, including electrical calculations and design for cabling systems, switchboards, and other electrical systems pertinent to our projects. The candidate will provide expert advice and guidance to sub-contracted design houses to enable the development of robust designs that meet project requirements.

As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for project specification, planning, management, and budgeting. You will work closely with various teams to ensure project deliverables meet the highest standards of quality, health, and safety requirements. A working knowledge of relevant engineering office computer applications is essential. Ideally, you will have experience in design support for the construction, operation, refit, or repair of conventional and nuclear submarines.

Key Responsibilities
Demonstrate relevant knowledge and skills in the technical management of complex design development throughout the design lifecycle.
Complete electrical calculations and designs for cabling systems, switchboards, etc.
Provide expert advice to sub-contracted design houses for design development.
Ensure adherence to engineering design, safety practices, and company procedures.
Manage project specification, planning, management, and budgeting.
Work with relevant engineering office computer applications.
Ideally, have experience in design support for construction, operation, refit, and repair of conventional and nuclear submarines.

Required Skills:
