Are you an Electrical Engineer who has experience within the power generation sector who is looking to progress your career to SAP level within an international company?

Do you have power station experience and want to become the subject matter expert for the plant on all aspects of electrical engineering?

This company operate and maintain numerous power generation plants across the UK and abroad. Due to continued success and an ongoing programme of growth, they are now looking to recruit and Electrical Engineer to join their highly professional team at one of their power plants.

In this role the successful candidate will act as the subject matter expert for all aspects of electrical engineering across the power plant. The role will be split between proactive and reactive work where they will plan project work for upcoming planned outages and support the maintenance team with any reactive repair work. Training on the specifics of the power plant will be provided.

The ideal candidate will be an electrical engineer who has experience working within the power generation sector. They will have an electrical engineering qualification (degree, HNC or HND) and have experience with high voltage equipment. This will include equipment such as transformers, switchgears, HV motors and large generators. They will also need to be commutable to Plymouth 5 days a week.

The Role:

* Act as the subject matter expert for all aspects of electrical engineering across the power plant
