DK Recruitment are seeking areliable Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our clients' engineering team on a permanent day shift (Mon-Fri). You will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of electrical systems, equipment, and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across the site.

  • Troubleshoot and repair faults on a range of industrial equipment (e.g., motors, control panels, PLCs, sensors).

  • Support installations, upgrades, and improvement projects.

  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and industry standards.

  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and downtime reports.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Engineering.

  • Proven background in electrical maintenance within a manufacturing or oil & gas setting.

  • Strong understanding of industrial electrical systems, control circuits, and safety procedures.

  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.

  • Comfortable working independently or as part of a team.

Desirable:

  • Experience with PLC fault finding

  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
