Reed Bristol Finance are delighted to be partnering with a large retail organisation based near Plymouth recruiting for a Financial Accounting Manager to join their fast-paced, high-growth business.Salary: £45,000 to £55,000
Location: Plymouth (5 days onsite)
Working hours: 8:45am-5:30pm (Can be flexible) This is a pivotal role within the finance function, offering the chance to be apart of a growing finance team. You will need to be commercial aware and very technically capable, strong communication skills and whilst having high level of Excel skills.

Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Group / Company financial statements under IFRS and FRS
- Assisting with Audit and Tax - whilst advising SLT
- Production of monthly management accounts
- Lead forecasting, budgeting and financial modelling
- Delivery of analysis to key stakeholders
- Acting as a Financial Business Partner
About you?
- CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent. Min 1-2PQE.
- Must have prepared financial statements and supported consolidations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience in lease accounting and property finance.
- Advanced Excel including Pivot, Look Ups, Financial Modelling.
- Access Dimensions experience.
- Advantageous having PowerBI experience.
