Forklift Operator

gap personnel are currently recruiting for a Forklift Operator for our client who are based in Plymouth, Devon. You will be joining a leading Distribution and Logistics Solutions company. 

As a Forklift Operator your key duties will include:

  • Loading and unloading lorries
  • Packing pallets ready for delivery
  • Ensure that product is accurately packed and labelled in accordance with customer specification and to the highest standards
  • This role can be a physically demanding which and involves standing for long periods of time
  • Must comply with all aspects of H&S policy throughout the site

About you:

  • Current Reach Truck and/or Counterbalance Forklift licence (essential)
  • Previous Warehouse experience (desirable)
  • Good organisation
  • Ability to prioritise
  • Manual Handling

Working hours and pay rates:

  • Monday to Friday, 7am – 5pm
  • £12.25ph
