Key duties include loading and unloading lorries, packing pallets for delivery, and ensuring accurate packing and labeling.
Candidates must hold a current Reach Truck and/or Counterbalance Forklift licence and have previous warehouse experience is desirable.
The role requires good organizational skills, the ability to prioritize, and involves physically demanding tasks, including standing for long periods.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 7am to 5pm, with a pay rate of £12.25 per hour.

gap personnel are currently recruiting for a Forklift Operator for our client who are based in Plymouth, Devon. You will be joining a leading Distribution and Logistics Solutions company.

As a Forklift Operator your key duties will include:

Loading and unloading lorries
Packing pallets ready for delivery
Ensure that product is accurately packed and labelled in accordance with customer specification and to the highest standards
This role can be a physically demanding which and involves standing for long periods of time
Must comply with all aspects of H&S policy throughout the site

About you:

Current Reach Truck and/or Counterbalance Forklift licence (essential)
Previous Warehouse experience (desirable)
Good organisation
Ability to prioritise
Manual Handling

Working hours and pay rates:

Monday to Friday, 7am – 5pm
£12.25ph
