Candidates must be car drivers with their own vehicle and possess an entrepreneurial and strategic approach to programme management.

Location: Plymouth

Hybrid: 80% homebased

Salary: Up to £44,500 + excellent benefits

Seeking a strategic Programme Manager with a proven track record of delivering multiple projects and leading high-performing teams to success.

Overview:

Working as part of the leadership team for an experienced and well regarded Charity, you will lead a team to successfully deliver impactful youth and education related programmes across the UK.

A typical week:

Oversee delivery of multiple programmes
Lead & develop a team, ensuring outcomes are met
Engage with internal & external stakeholders
Budget management & team planning

You'll need the following:

Senior programme/project management experience
Proven ability to lead & inspire multi site teams
An entrepreneurial & strategic approach
Car driver with own car
