What a Trainee Sales Advisor Does?

As a Trainee Sales Advisor, you'll:
  • Welcome and engage prospective buyers on-site
  • Learn to expertly guide customers through the buying journey, from enquiry to key handover
  • Showcase the features, finishes, and lifestyle of our beautifully built homes
  • Support with admin tasks, sales tracking, and customer follow-ups
  • Work alongside experienced Sales Managers and Marketing teams to promote developments
  • Gradually take the reins, leading sales at your own development site as your skills grow
What We're Looking For
  • A friendly, confident communicator with a drive to succeed
  • A genuine interest in homes, property, or sales
  • A proactive, customer-first mindset
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (preferred)
  • Able to work Thursday-Monday (weekends are our busiest!)
