- Create and adapt artwork from existing templates in line with brand and creative guidelines
- Prepare artwork and images for print and digital use, including retouching when needed
- Support the design team to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
- Produce and manage print-ready files for packaging and marketing materials
- Organise and maintain design files within the internal system
- Clearly communicate and present design ideas when required
- Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Solid understanding of print processes, colour profiles, and file formatting
- Experience designing materials such as packaging, leaflets, posters, etc.
- Strong attention to detail with good typography and layout skills
- A creative portfolio demonstrating a range of design work
- Knowledge of branding and the retail industry is an advantage
- Have a strong visual sense and creative flair
- Work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Are confident working independently and as part of a team
- Are proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple projects at once
