As General Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the Plymouth-based installation and service teams to achieve operational targets
- Overseeing project planning and delivery, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met
- Acting as the main point of contact for major clients, ensuring satisfaction and resolving concerns
- Collaborating with internal departments and stakeholders to align operations with business objectives
- Managing resource allocation, budgeting, and cost control across installation and service functions
As General Manager, your experience will include:
- Proven leadership within the fire and security or related technical service sectors
- Experience managing both installation projects and service teams
- Strong project and people management skills with a detail-oriented approach
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Analytical mindset with experience in budgeting and performance improvement
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Devon and Cornwall
