Responsibilities:
路 Guide students in the role of a Teaching Assistant
路 Apply strategies customised to address the specific needs of individual students.
路 Work in cooperation with teachers, therapists, and parents to develop support plans.
路 Foster a nurturing environment that promotes improved social interactions and communication skills.
路 Assist with daily tasks, academic activities, and implement interventions to address behaviour.
Requirements:
路 Having previous experience as a Mental Health Support Worker is a plus
路 Effective communication abilities to ensure clear interactions
路 Demonstrated Patience and Empathy
路 Flexibility and Adaptability
路 Dedication to the Success of Students

路 Have the right to work in the UK.
路 Have an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from within the last 2 years.
