As a Supply Teacher, you'll have the opportunity to make a positive impact in multiple classrooms while gaining valuable experience across a range of subjects and age groups.
Some Responsibilities:
- Provide cover and deliver pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects.
- Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and school staff..
- Adapt teaching strategies and resources to meet the diverse learning needs and abilities of students in different classrooms.
Requirements
- A relevant degree with QTS or previous experience as a teacher or cover supervisor.
- Experience working in a school is preferred.
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable, willing to travel to a range of schools.
