IT Support Analyst

Plymouth, Devon – On-site – £24,000 - £28,000 (DOE)

We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused IT Support Analyst to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first-line technical support across the organization, ensuring IT services run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first- and second-line technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
  • Set up and configure new laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
  • Maintain IT documentation and asset records
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant teams or third-party vendors
  • Support user account management (Active Directory, Office 365, etc.)

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar IT support role
  • Good understanding of Windows 10/11, Office 365, and basic networking
  • Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, and remote support tools
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable:

  • IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft certifications) or a relevant degree
