Commercial Property Lawyer | 1 - 5 PQE | £40k - £50k | Plymouth | Hybrid Working A leading Plymouth-based Legal 500 firm is looking for a confident and proactive Solicitor or CILEx Lawyer to join their busy Commercial Property team. You’ll handle your own caseload independently, with exposure to a broad range of commercial property matters—from secured lending and leases to landlord and tenant work, sales and purchases of commercial freeholds and businesses, as well as options, easements, and more.This is a hands-on role where your ability to build strong client relationships will really count. You'll be part of a collaborative and well-respected team, where helping colleagues and sharing knowledge is part of the culture. You'll be joining a firm with over 250 years of history, but one that’s anything but old-fashioned.
