This dynamic and expanding law firm is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join its newly established office in Plymouth. This is a unique chance to take a leading role in building a new regional presence for the firm’s family law services.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage your own caseload of private family law matters, including divorce, separation, financial remedy, cohabitation and children disputes
- Work collaboratively with a senior solicitor based in another office
- Handle overflow instructions while building your own portfolio of clients
- Develop strong local relationships and establish a pipeline of work through business development and networking
- Deliver high levels of client service and contribute to the growth of the Plymouth office
About You
- You will be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with proven experience in family law
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Confident in managing and developing your own caseload
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Business development experience or a willingness to grow the firm’s local presence
- A following is beneficial but not essential
