We are seeking a dedicated legal professional with proven experience in privately funded family law. You will handle a varied and high-quality caseload, with the chance to work on complex and high-net-worth matters.
Key Responsibilities:
You will provide expert legal advice and representation on:
- Divorce, separation and civil partnership dissolution
- Financial remedy proceedings, including business and property division
- High-value matrimonial finance cases involving complex asset portfolios
- Child arrangements, parental responsibility and relocation disputes
- Cohabitation agreements, disputes and property claims
- Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements
- International and cross-border family law matters
Your Profile:
- UK-qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
- Minimum 3 years’ PQE in private family law
- Strong knowledge of matrimonial financeÂ
- Proven track record of delivering excellent client care
- Ability to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision
