Renowned for product quality, innovation, and continuous investment in their people and facilities, they are now seeking an Operational Excellence Manager to support ongoing transformation across the site.

The Role:

  • Drive continuous improvement across all manufacturing areas, improving OEE, quality, waste, and overall operational performance
  • Implement Lean tools (6S, problem solving, RCA, VSM, PDCA)
  • Coach and influence cross-functional teams to deliver measurable improvements, champion cultural change, accountability, and high-performance behaviours

The Person:

  • Experienced manufacturing professional with a strong background in continuous improvement
