A great opportunity has just become live with one of our Plymouth based clients, you will be responsible planning and coordinating NPI projects and installing a continuous improvement culture across the department.
The Role:
- Plan, coordinate, and track NPI projects.
- Work closely with other teams in order to develop and implement a capacity planning method for the NPI process.
- Continually look for ways to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of relevant processes.
- Establish a culture of transparency and continuous improvement within NPI process.
- Working with the business to plan future requirements based on forecasted demand and analysis.
- Daily and monthly monitoring and report of NPI process.
The Candidate:
- Previous experience within a NPI / Project Management position.
- Thorough knowledge of manufacturingwould be beneficial.
- Previous experience within a High precision environment, such as Automotive, Aerospace or Motorsport.
- Strong understanding of project management techniques and tools.
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies.
- Ability to lead a project from initiation through to delivery
- Ability to use CAD software, preferably SolidWorks would be beneficial.
