LOCATION: Devonport, Plymouth


SALARY: Competitive Salary (DOE)


HOURS: Monday to Friday, 42.5 hours per week

Office Angels are recruiting for a well-organised and process driven Recruitment and Onboarding Administrator to join a large scale and exciting construction project based at Devonport. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone seeking a varied and challenging role where you can really make a difference and be part of a fantastic project. This role is being offered on a temporary to permanent basis, starting in September 2025.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Maintain accurate and confidential employee and candidate records
* Update and align the staff mobilisation tracker with the organisational chart
* Support monthly reporting through the operative tracker
* Liaise with labour desks and recruitment agencies to meet staffing forecasts
* Review CVs and coordinate interviews
* Conduct pre-employment checks and initiate vetting processes
* Provide weekly mobilisation updates and forecasts to key stakeholders

KEY SKILLS:
* Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
* Clear and professional communication
* Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
* Customer-focused with a proactive approach
* Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
