Job Title: Semi-Skilled Landscaper
Location: Preferably based in Plympton and surrounding areas
Pay Rate: £14.00 – £16.25 per hour (dependent on experience)
Duration: Initial 2-week contract with strong potential for temp-to-perm
About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Semi-Skilled Landscaper to join our growing team. This role begins with a short-term assignment at a single site, with the opportunity for ongoing or permanent work for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out general landscaping and grounds maintenance duties

Operating basic tools and equipment

Assisting skilled operatives as needed

Ensuring all tasks are completed safely and to a high standard
Requirements:

Valid UK driving licence

Must live within a reasonable commuting distance (Plympton and surrounding areas preferred)

CSCS card required, or willingness to obtain one

Own full PPE (including hard hat, high-visibility clothing, safety boots, gloves)

Prior experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance is preferred
