Project Resource Analyst

Wise Employment are looking for a Project Resource Analyst to join a fast growing company based in Plymouth, Devon. This role is a Permanent Full Time position, offering a competitive salary as well as some fantastic perks including:

Requirements of the role:

 

  • Leverage data analytics to support the successful introduction of new products.
  • Develop frameworks to improve NPI efficiency, reduce time-to-market, and enhance quality.
  • Build tools for resource and capacity planning to enable proactive project management.
  • Create reports and dashboards to track progress, highlight opportunities, and present insights to key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support the development and integration of project management tools and systems.
  • Engage in ongoing learning and development to strengthen both technical and leadership capabilities.

 What Skills and Qualifications needed:

 

  • A degree or master’s in Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Previous experience in a data/resource analyst role.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a passion for manufacturing.
  • Proficiency (or working knowledge) in tools such as PowerBI, SQL, and SAP.
  • Comfortable working with complex datasets and deriving actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A proactive, self-starting attitude with a continuous improvement mind-set.
