Day to Day:

Working with a public sector client, with a portfolio of buildings across Dorset. We are looking for an experienced QS to work with a projects team, delivering various planned and reactive work streams to buildings in various locations. Previous experience of working with SOR is essential.

Estimating cost of projects
Allocating pricing with schedule of rates
Liaising with site teams to keep projects on track

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

Proven career working as a Quantity Surveyor
Experience of managing Public Sector contracts would be beneficial.
Experience of planned and reactive contracts.
Sector related qualifications, although experience is more important.
