Day to Day:

Working with a public sector client, with a portfolio of buildings across Dorset.  We are looking for an experienced QS to work with a projects team, delivering various planned and reactive work streams to buildings in various locations.  Previous experience of working with SOR is essential.

  • Estimating cost of projects
  • Allocating pricing with schedule of rates
  • Liaising with site teams to keep projects on track

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

  • Proven career working as a Quantity Surveyor
  • Experience of managing Public Sector contracts would be beneficial.
  • Experience of planned and reactive contracts.
  • Sector related qualifications, although experience is more important.
