This is a fantastic opportunity for an exceptional estate agency valuer with leadership capabilities or an established branch manager to join a well-regarded Plymouth estate agency. You’ll be responsible for driving business performance, managing a small team, and building strong relationships with clients across the area. Competitive basic of £36,000 with on target earnings of £50,000+.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a small but driven team to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market appraisals and win new instructions.
- Oversee all aspects of the sales process from valuation to completion.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and local stakeholders.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and compliance are maintained at all times.
- Drive marketing efforts and increase local market share.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a senior valuer or branch manager within estate agency.
- Strong knowledge of the local property market and experience with high end and waterside homes(or a passion to quickly become an expert).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Target-driven and results-oriented with a proactive approach.
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.

Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5.30pm and one in three Saturday 10-2pm.
