An excellent opportunity has arisen to join an established, Independent Estate Agents in the Plymouth area. Our client is well known for their reputation for quality customer service and have earned a great name in the local area. They are now looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and driven office sales negotiator to join their team. Salary in the region of £24,000 basic and up to £30,000 on target earnings.The main duties will be:
- Booking & Attending viewings
- Vendor care
- Delivering viewing feedback
- Dealing with enquiries
- Registration of applicants
- Liaising with vendors, solicitors and potential buyers
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Property phone outs
- The client can also trin you to be a valuer if you would like to progress
The ideal candidate will have:
- Be local to Plymouth with great local knowledge
- At least one years' experience in an Estate Agency.
- Full UK Driving License & car
- Dedication and strong motivation skills
- Desire to achieve and flourish within a forward-thinking agent
- Hard working
- Polite and well mannered
- Passionate about the property industry
- Honesty and integrity
- Attention to detail
- Organisational skills
- Strong Administration & IT Skills
