We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Secondary Teaching Assistants to join schools in Plymouth. This is a fantastic opportunity to support students' learning and development in a dynamic and rewarding environment.
Role Overview:
- Provide classroom support to teachers and students across a range of subjects.
- Assist with lesson preparation and delivery.
- Support individual students or small groups to help them achieve their potential.
- Promote positive behaviour and engagement in learning.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience working with secondary-aged students (desirable but not essential).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- A proactive and supportive approach to learning.
