TeacherActive is currently recruiting Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) for flexible, supply-based roles across primary, secondary and SEND settings in Plympton and surrounding areas. What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience supporting children or young people (in schools or care settings)

• A proactive and adaptable approach to supporting learning needs

• Confidence in building rapport with students and staff

• A relevant Level 2/3 qualification is advantageous but not essential
