Nurseplus Plymouth is on the hunt for a Care Coordinator with energy, enthusiasm, and a heart for helping others. You’ll be right at the centre of the action—supporting our team, empowering our clients, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

No two days look the same, but you can expect to:

• Build the dream rota that keeps our care workers and clients smiling

• Chat with clients and families to make sure they feel fully supported

• Juggle calls, emails, and last-minute changes like an absolute pro

• Help welcome new care staff into our team

• Work closely with the branch team to keep everything compliant and quality-focused

• Be part of an on-call rota (don’t worry, we’ll make sure you’re fully supported!)

We’re looking for someone who is:

• A natural organiser who thrives in a busy environment

• Friendly, confident, and brilliant with people

• Calm under pressure (chaos? You’ve got this.)

• Passionate about great care

• IT-savvy and quick to learn new systems

• Experienced in care or care coordination (bonus points, but not essential!)

• £25,000 salary
