About the Role:

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll collaborate closely with class teachers, helping to create an inclusive and supportive environment. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Providing one-on-one support to students with SEN, tailoring learning activities to their unique needs.
  • Assisting in the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs) and supporting pupils’ progress.
  • Promoting independence, social interaction, and a love for learning.
  • Safeguarding the welfare of all students within the school.
  • Providing personal care and attending to the medical needs of students, ensuring their health and well-being.
