Our Client in Plymouth is actively seeking Vehicle Technicians to join their growing team.

As a Vehicle Technician, you'll play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience founded on trust and transparency. A commitment to quality workmanship and achieving first-time fixes are central values that guide this team. This is a Monday to Friday role (42 hours/week) - no weekend working - plus the chance to earn an additional performance-based bonus.

Technicians at all levels are encouraged to apply. Packages vary depending on experience and qualifications, with earning potential as follows:

Service and Maintenance Technician: up to 37,700
Service and Diagnostic Technician: up to 40,220
Senior Technician: up to 42,740
Master Technician: up to 47,780

Sign-on Bonus: 1,000 in month 1 and another 1,000 in month 13!

To succeed in this role, you will need:

A relevant formal qualification (Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3)
Hands-on experience as a Vehicle Technician
Your own tools
A full UK driving licence
