About the Pastry Chef Role
We are seeking an experienced Pastry Chef with a strong background in Rosette-level or equivalent fine dining environments. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading the pastry section, contributing creative ideas to seasonal menus, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, design, and present a range of high-quality desserts, pastries, breads, and afternoon tea items.

  • Work closely with the Head Chef to develop innovative and seasonal dessert offerings.

  • Maintain impeccable standards of hygiene, organization, and food safety within the pastry kitchen.

  • Train, mentor, and inspire junior team members.

  • Manage ordering, stock control, and wastage effectively.

Requirements

  • Proven experience at Rosette level or above within a fine dining or luxury hotel environment.

  • Strong technical pastry skills and a creative approach to modern plating and presentation.

  • Excellent attention to detail and consistency.

  • Ability to work calmly under pressure and as part of a dynamic team.

  • Relevant culinary qualifications and food hygiene certifications.
