ekAlloy are proud to be working with a leading engineering and manufacturing businesses in our area.

They are looking for Maintenance and Servicing Engineers to join their team on a full time and permanent basis, Joining a team of long servers and some highly skilled Engineers, the successful person will service, maintain and repair a range of bespoke machinery.

Overtime available paid at enhanced rates

Duties

  • Carrying out maintenance, overhaul and installation work on new and refurbished equipment, including Pumps, Valves, Actuators and Hydraulic Equipment and bespoke machinery
  • Adhering to strict health & safety standards specific to customer’s industry standards (Steel Processing, Power Generation etc.)
  • Hold NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in mechanical engineering.
  • Reacting to urgent breakdowns reducing machine downtime to a minimum.
  • Assisting with projects and the installation of new plant machinery
  • Assisting with developing and implementing line improvements, new installations, offline repairs, planned maintenance and any other tasks deemed appropriate by the engineering manager.
