Our client is a well-established and successful company, they are looking for a Field Service Engineer to join the team.
As a Field Service Engineer / Mobile Service Engineer you will be responsible for maintaining cherry pickers, scissor lifts, and other lifting / powered access equipment. You will maintain the company’s high safety and performance standards, and represent the company well in a client facing role.
PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU MEET THE FOLLOWING ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
- You are happy to travel to customer sites across the UK (overnight stays might be required on rare occasions)
- CAP qualification, and/or a valid IPAF license (both is best)
- You have recent experience of maintaining and repairing powered access machines, or material handling equipment
- Full UK driving license (a Company Van is provided – Transit Custom)
- You are willing to work occasional weekend days (paid at overtime rates)
Salary and benefits:
- Salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, with generous overtime rates

This role would suit someone with previous experience as a powered access or materials handling equipment Engineer / Technician, previous job titles could include; Mobile Engineer / MHE Mechanic / Material Handling Equipment Engineer / Hydraulics Engineer / Field Service Engineer / Forklift Truck Technician / FLT Engineer / MHE Technician / Mechanical Fitter / Plant Fitter / Plant Mechanic / Field Service Technician / Mobile Service Engineer / Cherry Picker Engineer / Scissor Lift Technician / Tail Lift Fitter / etc.
