Job Type: Full time, fixed term contract 12 months - 30hrs per week.

Farmer Copleys is an award-winning Farm Shop, Caf & Restaurant based in Pontefract, West Yorkshire.

On the farm, we produce our own lamb and beef and grow pumpkins, strawberries, asparagus, rhubarb, raspberries, blackberries, liquorice, and our hens lay our eggs. Everything is available in our farm shop, and the shop supplies the delicious ingredients for our Moo Caf.

We have a skilled and talented team of butchers, bakers, and chefs to make and prepare our range of products and menus which are available in the caf and restaurant where we offer tasty food during the day and offer private functions too.

The Role/Candidate Requirements:

We are looking for an experienced BAKER to join our small crew. A baker who has a real passion for traditional bakery products and who has a genuine interest and pride in their craft. We are fast-paced, and it is busy when events are on, but we have some great fun here too.

Ideally, someone with experience of working in a commercial or retail bakery environment and with savoury pastry expertise.

A passion for baking is a must, but we also look for a positive attitude, strong worth ethic, motivation, and willingness to learn our own tried & tested recipes and hopefully create new.
