M&E Fit-Out Manager
Location: Pontefract
Job Type: Permanent | Full-Time (40 hours/week)

We are currently seeking a driven and experienced M&E Fit-Out Manager to lead mechanical and electrical fit-out elements across a range of complex projects.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious professional with strong leadership skills and technical knowledge to join a company delivering innovative solutions across the power generation and infrastructure sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage M&E fit-out activities across multiple industrial projects
  • Coordinate and supervise internal staff and subcontractors to meet project milestones
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety standards, industry regulations, and client specifications
  • Oversee progress, quality control, and cost tracking
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and site teams
  • Resolve technical issues and provide expert guidance on mechanical and electrical systems

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing M&E fit-out works within the construction, engineering, or interiors sectors
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical installations, compliance, and best practices
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership abilities
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet strict deadlines
  • Qualifications in engineering, construction, or project management (preferred)

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 7am 4pm (Early finish on Friday)
  • 40 hours per week
  • Business closes for Bank Holidays and during the Christmas/New Year period
