M&E Fit-Out Manager
Location: Pontefract
Job Type: Permanent | Full-Time (40 hours/week)
We are currently seeking a driven and experienced M&E Fit-Out Manager to lead mechanical and electrical fit-out elements across a range of complex projects.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious professional with strong leadership skills and technical knowledge to join a company delivering innovative solutions across the power generation and infrastructure sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage M&E fit-out activities across multiple industrial projects
- Coordinate and supervise internal staff and subcontractors to meet project milestones
- Ensure compliance with health & safety standards, industry regulations, and client specifications
- Oversee progress, quality control, and cost tracking
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and site teams
- Resolve technical issues and provide expert guidance on mechanical and electrical systems
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing M&E fit-out works within the construction, engineering, or interiors sectors
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical installations, compliance, and best practices
- Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership abilities
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Qualifications in engineering, construction, or project management (preferred)
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 7am 4pm (Early finish on Friday)
- 40 hours per week
- Business closes for Bank Holidays and during the Christmas/New Year period
