Sewell Wallis is currently working with a well-established Pontefract-based business that is looking for an experienced HR Administrator to join their HR team on a 3-month fixed-term contract to cover a busy period, with strong potential to go permanent.

The HR Administrator will play a vital role, supporting the HR Manager and wider HR team.

You must be available immediately.

What will you be doing?

  • Maintaining accurate and up to date employee records and HR databases.
  • Coordinating the recruitment process, including advertising roles, scheduling interviews, and liaising with candidates.
  • Assisting with onboarding new starters, preparing contracts, and ensuring all necessary documentation is in place.
  • Supporting payroll preparation by providing accurate employee data and managing absence records.
