As a Paint Sprayer, you will be responsible for the preparation and spray painting of electrical products, ensuring all work meets strict company quality and safety standards. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, a commitment to consistent quality, and the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare electrical products for painting, including masking, sanding, and cleaning surfaces.
  • Apply primers, topcoats, and finishes using HVLP or airless spray systems, in line with company specifications.
  • Ensure painted products meet required thickness, finish, and aesthetic standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spray booth and work area.
  • Mix and match paint materials according to specifications and product requirements.
  • Inspect completed work for quality assurance before products move to the next stage of production.
  • Follow health, safety, and environmental regulations, including the correct handling and disposal of paint and solvents.
  • Conduct routine maintenance on spray equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Work closely with production and quality control teams to meet daily and weekly targets.
