About the Role:
As a Pupil Support Mentor, you will work closely with pupils who may become dysregulated and have a range of complex SEND and SEMH needs. Your role will involve providing specialist 1:1 support during core lessons such as English and Maths, helping pupils access learning and develop essential skills in a nurturing environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver targeted, individualised support to pupils with SEND and SEMH needs
  • Work within a small, supportive team committed to positive outcomes for children
  • Support pupils to regulate emotions and behaviours to engage effectively in lessons
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to tailor support and promote inclusion

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Compassionate, patient, and adaptable individuals
  • Experience working with children with SEND and/or SEMH is highly desirable
  • Ability to remain calm and positive when working with pupils who may become dysregulated
  • Strong communication skills and a team player mindset
