Job Title: Office Support Admin
Location: Farmer Copleys Farm, Pontefract
Salary: 12.30 per hour
Job Type: Full-time, Temporary. 4/5 months - June-Sept/October.
The role:
This summer position is available from June until mid to late September. An ideal opportunity for a committed university student looking to work full time across the summer.
The role will involve reception duties, administration, first point of contact on telephone and email etc within a busy office. We're a friendly team but we need an organised and confident individual who is polite, well-spoken and knows their way around a PC and general Microsoft packages.
Main responsibilities:
The full-time role will include business admin tasks such as:
- Answering the telephone - handling inbound calls
- taking messages & following up as required
- taking and confirming bookings
- answering queries & offering advice about functions
- answering customer enquiries
- redirecting calls
- advising on pricing
- Filing
- Handling post
- Replying to and forwarding emails
- Basic admin and data entry
- Assisting with ad hoc tasks as required
- Use of IT systems
- Office housekeeping
Full training will be given in order to complete the above duties to the best of your ability.
Required skills:
- Knows their way around a computer and ideally proficient in Microsoft packages
- Clear and confident communication skills
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to multi task
- Detailed follow up
- Polite telephone manner
- Ability to spell and self-check own work

- We are looking for someone that is confident, enthusiastic and eager to learn
- We require someone with fantastic attention to detail as this is key in this business
