Fabricating metal components from engineering drawings

MIG/TIG welding (experience with mild steel, stainless, and aluminium preferred)

Measuring, cutting, and assembling structural and sheet metal materials

Working both independently and within a friendly workshop team

Ensuring work meets company quality and safety standards

Proven experience in welding and fabrication

Ability to read and work from technical drawings

Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Strong work ethic and positive attitude

City & Guilds / NVQ qualifications in welding or fabrication (advantageous but not essential)
