Job Description:
As an Internal Sales Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting customers and ensuring a seamless sales process from enquiry to delivery. You will handle customer calls, prepare quotations, and liaise with both clients and the internal design team to ensure projects run smoothly.
Typical responsibilities include:

Managing incoming customer enquiries and providing expert advice on electrical products, including cut-outs, feeder pillars, and panels

Preparing accurate quotations based on client requirements and project specifications

Liaising with customers to provide updates on lead times, delivery schedules, and technical assistance

Working closely with the design team to price and quote for bespoke projects

Processing and coding orders for the company’s MRP system

Maintaining positive customer relationships through aftercare, technical support, and follow-up communication

Supporting the external sales team to ensure customer expectations are met on time

Conducting project take-offs and turning schematics into accurate quotations
Skills & Experience:
To succeed as an Internal Sales Coordinator, you should have:

Previous experience in a sales support, internal sales, or customer service role within an electronics or engineering company.

A basic understanding of electrical products or willingness to learn technical product ranges

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Strong IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook

Confidence in handling customer enquiries and providing accurate quotations

A proactive, team-focused approach and strong attention to detail
Electrical or technical experience is essential — full product training will be provided.
