The Role
We are recruiting for a talented Senior Sous Chef to take the lead on the day-to-day operation of a busy grill restaurant within one of Wales' most prestigious resorts. This venue combines laid-back dining with a focus on seasonal, high-quality ingredients and exceptional service.
The Package

You'll be responsible for:
- Overseeing all kitchen operations within the grill restaurant
- Managing service, prep and pass with efficiency and consistency
- Supporting the Executive Chef in menu development tailored to the outlet's identity
- Ensuring food safety, hygiene, and allergen compliance at all times
- Coaching and mentoring the kitchen team to ensure high standards are met daily
- Stock control, ordering, and supplier liaison
About You
- Previous experience at Sous Chef level in a quality-driven, high-volume kitchen
- Confident running a service and leading a team from the front
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A genuine passion for great food, with a focus on grilled meats, seafood and seasonal produce
- Calm under pressure, with a hands-on and positive attitude
