Backed by an established parent company and known for their focus on sustainability and craftsmanship, they’re on a mission to scale their digital presence globally. With a brand-new site and an ambitious vision, they’re now on the lookout for an experienced eCommerce Managerto take ownership of trading, CX, and site performance.What you’ll be doingYou’ll be the go-to for all things eCommerce — running the Shopify Plus site day-to-day, owning conversion rate optimisation, managing content updates, and delivering a best-in-class customer journey from homepage through to checkout. Working closely with marketing, design, and fulfilment teams, you’ll ensure that new products, seasonal campaigns, and launches go live smoothly — optimising how they look and perform online. You’ll also lead the charge on testing, UX improvements, and roadmap planning. Beyond the site, you’ll help steer email automation, reporting, and longer-term retention strategies — with full visibility across performance and the freedom to experiment, test, and iterate as you grow the channel.What experience you’ll need
  • Experience in a fast-paced eCommerce role, ideally within a luxury, fashion, or lifestyle brand as an eCommerce Manager.
  • Strong Shopify Plus knowledge — you know your way around front-end merchandising, conversion journeys, and product optimisation.
  • Comfortable with analytics (Google Analytics, site metrics, performance dashboards) and using data to make commercial decisions.
  • A keen eye for design and detail — someone who can bridge creative and commercial thinking.
  • Experience working with digital agencies or in-house developers.
  • Strong grasp of CX, retention, and ideally some knowledge of drop shipping or wholesale models.
  • Comfortable rolling up your sleeves, solving problems, and wearing multiple hats as the team scales.
